Privacy and data

Privacy Policy

This Policy explains which data we process when operating the Syze Pay platform and the choices available to you.

1. Who controls your data

Syze Marketing LLC, a company organized in the State of Wyoming under registration number 2026-002045889, is responsible for the processing described in this Policy. Our principal office is at 30 N Gould St #48913, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.

2. Data we collect

We collect account and contact details, business and identity verification information, transaction, payout and refund information, technical device and connection data, platform usage records and communications with support.

Sensitive payment information may be collected directly by our processing partners. Syze Pay receives the identifiers and results needed to process the transaction and prevent fraud.

3. How we use data

We use data to create and secure accounts, process payments, fulfill know-your-customer (KYC) and fraud prevention obligations, provide support, send operational notices, improve the platform, exercise rights and comply with legal obligations.

We request consent where required by law. Otherwise, we process data to perform our contract, comply with legal duties or pursue legitimate interests compatible with your rights.

4. Sharing and transfers

We share only the necessary data with payment processors, banks, identity and fraud prevention services, cloud infrastructure, communications, analytics and audit providers, and competent authorities. These providers act under applicable contracts and instructions.

When you provide personal data in connection with payment services, Stripe receives that personal data and processes it in accordance with the Stripe Privacy Policy, available at https://stripe.com/privacy.

Because we operate internationally, data may be processed outside your country of residence. We use appropriate contractual and technical safeguards for these transfers.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies needed for authentication, security, preferences and checkout functionality. We may also use performance measurement and attribution technologies, respecting the choices available in your browser and on the platform.

6. Retention and security

We retain data for as long as needed to provide services, meet financial, tax and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes and prevent abuse. Data is then deleted or anonymized where permitted.

We use access controls, encryption in transit, monitoring and other measures proportionate to the risk. No system is infallible; if a significant incident occurs, we will follow applicable notification requirements.

7. Your rights

Under applicable law, you may request access, correction, portability, deletion, restriction of or objection to processing, and withdraw consent. We may ask you to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

8. Contact and updates

To exercise your rights or ask questions, contact our support team at financial@syzemarketing.org. We may update this Policy to reflect legal or operational changes and will show the current version date on this page.
